TK House Pilates

TK House Pilates is the official member booking and studio management application for TK House Pilates. The application is used by studio members, teachers, and authorized administrators to manage private Pilates sessions, package credits, attendance records, class availability, cancellations, and transactional booking notifications.

What this app does

Members register through LINE LIFF, check available private Pilates class times, book or cancel eligible sessions, view upcoming classes, and review package and booking history.

Why Google access is requested

The app connects only to the studio's Google Calendar and Gmail account. It uses this access to keep the studio class schedule up to date, add booking guests when needed, and send booking-related emails from the studio. It does not request access to a member's personal Google account.

About the studio

Private Pilates in a calm, homely studio

TK House Pilates Studio offers private Pilates sessions in a warm home-style environment. The studio is operated and taught by a Certified Balanced Body teacher, with attention to safe movement, posture, strength, mobility, and each member's individual goals.

Classes are private by appointment and supported by a fully equipped Pilates studio setup, making each session focused, personal, and comfortable for both beginners and continuing members.

Application Purpose

The purpose of this application is to operate the TK House Pilates private class booking workflow. It is not a public social network, marketing site, or data-sharing platform. It is a transactional booking tool for studio members and staff.

Google API Usage

Google Calendar API is used only for the studio calendar: checking busy times, updating booked class events, cancelling studio class events, and synchronizing schedule changes. Gmail API is used only for transactional email such as booking confirmations, cancellation notices, and registration or terms acceptance messages sent from the studio Gmail account.
