Privacy Policy

TK House Pilates provides a Pilates membership and booking system for studio members. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when members register or use the booking system:

• LINE user ID and LINE display name, when the member opens the LINE LIFF application.
• Full name, nickname, phone number, and email address provided during registration.
• Package, class credit, booking, cancellation, attendance, and class history.
• Email delivery records related to booking confirmations, cancellations, and registration documents.

How We Use Information

We use member information to:

• Create and manage member accounts.
• Show available classes and process Pilates class bookings.
• Track packages, credits, cancellations, and attendance.
• Send booking confirmations, cancellations, and registration documents by email.
• Operate administrative tools for studio staff and teachers.

Google API Data

The application uses Google Calendar API to read and update the studio class calendar. The application uses Gmail API only to send transactional email, such as booking confirmation, booking cancellation, and registration contract email, from the connected studio Google account.

The application does not read, sell, transfer, or share Gmail mailbox content for advertising. Google user data is used only to provide the booking and notification features described above.

LINE Data

LINE profile information is used only to identify the member in the LIFF booking system and to connect the member's booking account with their LINE account.

Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers necessary to operate the system, such as hosting, database, LINE, and Google services, or when required by law.

Data Retention

We keep member and booking records for as long as necessary to provide studio services, maintain accurate business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Security

The system is intended to be used over HTTPS. Access to the admin panel is restricted to authorized users. OAuth tokens and member records are stored server-side and are not exposed to public users.

Member Rights

Members may contact the studio to request review, correction, or deletion of their personal information, subject to operational and legal record-keeping requirements.
